1/3/2018 0 Comments Favorites of 2017Happy New Years! Below are some of my favorite moments from this past year. While I know I'm supposed to list my top ten or if you're on Instagram it's your top nine, I have settled for my top 144. I know this is a bit ridiculous, but since I haven't been updating the blog as I should have, this is really what my year would have looked like.... in one post. So please browse and comment. Let me know your favorites. I hope to have this much fun in 2018!

I was making my way out; walking was a bit difficult with an air boot and I was sore. I had met many smiling faces and already taken several pictures I knew I could use. I decided to see if their was one more and turned down a hallway past a booth serving strawberry sponge cake when I saw them and something I could only describe as love. I took their picture and introduced myself. He smiled when I asked for their names. He said, "Honey, we got our picture taken for the newspaper." I asked him then her, and when she did not answer Mr. Ripple told me she may not be able to answer. He told me her name is Jeanne. Mr. Ripple shared with me his wife has been a resident for two years after serious health issues and was unable to live at home. He was here today on a warm sunny afternoon with his wife when he could be a dozen other places doing a dozen other things. His smile made me smile and the way he cared for her. It was love. 8/6/2016 0 Comments BaseballSome images from last night's Reading Fightin Phils game against the Bowie Baysox Thursday August 4, 2016.
